We connect the branches of the School of Strength and offer you the opportunity to pursue, promote, and practice strength training with barbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight.

You’ll learn hands-on fundamentals, state-of-the-art techniques, next-level master instruction, and the Strong First principles for a lifetime of success.
This is a great starting place to enter the StrongFirst world if you’re not ready to become an instructor or if you’re just a regular exercise enthusiast interested in learning how to use any one of our modalities in your own training.

Every seminar is highly interactive, and go over each segment extensively to develop your toolbox for optimum self-improvement!
